Aloo K Kabab
Asalam-o-alaikum Dear Members
aaj aapke saath ek recipe share kerne ja rahe hain jess mei mahnut zyada kerni perti hain but buhut he relish and kafi simple se banti hain aur aise ajza se banti hain jho k shayed aapke kitchen cabinet mei simply maujud hugi.
pahle ajza se shoro kerte hain jess mei aapko chahye:
Ajza:
Aloo (Potato): Ek kilo boiled and mashed
Ande ( Boiled Eggs): teen adad
Dania(coriander seeds): 2 or 3 Table spoon
Zeera(cumin seeds): 2 or 3 Table Spoon
Garam masala (if availabe): according to taste
Lal Mirch (Red Chili): according to taste
Piaz (Chopped Onion): 2 Medium size
Pudeena (Mint Leaves): 1/2 Cup
Bread Crumbs: A bowl or full packet.
Urdu mei pata nahin Bread Crumbs ko kia kahte hain but khair aap loug aise mei bhi samajh gaye hungi so yeh tha ajza es mei ager kessi ko spices zyada use nahin kerna hain tu belkul bhi use na kare koi zaroori nahin the same like me kio k spicy khana nahin khati tu abhi jho aloo humne banaye us mei koi spicy masala ya phir chili use nahin ki hain but kio k ingrediants mei hona chahye tu naam diye hain but Coriander and Cumin seeds is must because eske bena khana acha he nahin taste kerta.
Method:
pahle aapko ek bowl lena hain and us mei aapko mashed Potato,chopped Onion and 2 boiled eggs with all masalas add kerne hain and saath mei katta hua pudeena bhi add kerni hain and subko khob mix kare.
phir eske baat aapko thora sa potato mixer lekar aapne hand palm mei roll kerna hain (ager voh theek se roll nahin horaha tu aapne hand k palm mei thora sa Oil smear kare,ache se roll hugi) phir uske baad aapko usay mixed egg mei dubona hain and then bread crumbs mei aloda kerna hain aur phir ek pan mei thora sa oil daal ker deep fry kerna hain.. buss apka alo ka kabab bangaya phir aap usay kessi bhi sauce k saath serve kersakte hain aur winter mei aap with tea bhi kha sakte hain..
