CHICKEN PAN FRY


ING:
Chicken breast / 4 ,cut in thin layers.
Garlic / 4 cloves,chopped.
Papita paste / 2 tbsp.
Salt / to taste.
Cinnamon powder / 1/2 tsp.
Kali mirch / 1/2 tsp.
White pepper / 1/4 tsp.
Cornflour / 3 tbsp
Egg / 1 no.
Lemon / 2 nos.
Bread crumbs / as required.
Oil / 1/4 cup.

METHOD:
- Chicken ko bowl main dalein,salt+kali mirch+white pepper+cinnamon powder dalein.
-Papita paste dal ker aachi tarhan haath se mix karein.
-Egg dalein aur mix karein,cornflour dalein aur phir se aachi tarhan mix karein.
-1/1 piece utha ker bread crumbs main coat karein aur alaag plate main rakhtee jaein.
-Frying pan main oil dalein aur 3-4 chicken pieces dal ker medium heat pe fry karein.
-Side turn ker ke lemon juice ke few drops chiken pieces pe squeeze karein.
-Doosri side turn ker ke lemon juice ke few drops chiken pieces pe squeeze karein.
- 3-4 dafa sides turn karnee hai, absorbent kitchen towel pe nikalein.
-Ready hain,platter main salad leaves aur tomatoes ke flowers ke saath garnish karein.
-Ketchup/chillie garlic sauce ke saath serve karein.
