FISH CAKE

ING:

1 cup fish
1/2 cup potato
1/2 cup boiled mutter
1tsp green thia curry paste
4 tsp coconut powder
1/2 tsp black peper
3-4 basal leaves
1egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup oil
salt to taste

METHOD:

- steam boil fish with salt
- then mix mashed potatoes,boiled peas,green this curry paste,coconut powder ,black pepper ,salt and basal leaves and take aside for 15 mints in fridge
- make thick pattie ,roll in maida ...then egg ... then bread crumbs
- finally take 1/2 cup oil and shallow fry
