ager ap zaroorat sey zyada mint laey hai aur uska khrab honey ka khadsha hai tou ap podeeney ko adha ghanta pani mai dip kr dai ,,,,phir pani k uper sey mint ko drain kr dain aur achi trha wash kr k newspapper ya phir kisi kaprey pr phila kr dry kr lai aur kisi air tied jar ya bottle mai save kr lain ,,,iska taste aur khushbo sahi rahey gi,,,,,

zarorat say ziada agar ho to ap ink banches khol kar,then inko bagair wash kiye airtyt box may dal day,nechay newspaper ka pece rak day box may pehlay,then isko ap fridg may rakkay,1 haftay tak
fresh rahen ge dono.

inki dandiya tor k,then airtyt box may paper ka pece bicha k ap rak day fridge may,ye b kaye dino tak fresh rahen ge.

y,after 5 mint kud he heat say melt hojaye ga then pir bhonnay ka kam karay.
Ginger Garlic(2nd tareqa)
hum wazan adrak lehsan lay kar cheel kar dho lay,
then in dono ko chopper may peece lay,(pani nae dalna hargiz)
agar dono cheezay 1 kilo ha,to apko is may 2,3 teb spone namak bhar k dalna h,
or sat may half cup of cooking oil.
in k sat peecna h apko,then air tyt jar may dal kar freez kar lay.
then ye ,6,7 mahenay bad b ap inko freezer say nikalen ge to ye 1st day ki tara naram or soft nd fresh he rahen ge,iski khosbo b wese he rahay ge..
namak or oil dalnay say ye freezer may jamta nae hay,is say ye fresh nd soft he rehta h,(ye mera azmoda tareqa h,may asay he karte ho apnay gar may,)
note.is may namak hota h,is lie khanay may pir matloba miqdar say kum namak dalye ga.
