ING FOR KOFTAS:
Qeema--------------------1/2 kg rookha
Ginger paste------------1 tsp
Garlic paste-------------1 tsp
Hara dhaniya-----------1/4 bunch,roughly chopped.
Melon seeds-------------2 tbsp.
Kush kush----------------2 tbsp,soaked in water,
Onion-----------------------2 nos ,roughly chopped.
Coconut powder---------1 tbsp
Egg white ----------------1
Hari mirchein------------ 3-4 nos ,roughly chopped.
Ginger --------------------1 piece
Cinnamon powder-----1/2 tsp.

METHOD:
*In qeema add first 8 ings n process smoothly.
*Then add remaining ings n process again,take out in a bowl and make balls.

FOR GRAVY:

ING:
Onions------------------------3 medium sliced
Oil------------------------------1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste--------2 tbsp.
Cardemom-------------------4-6 nos
Cinnamon sticks----------2-3 sticks
Long---------------------------5-6 nos
Salt ---------------------------to taste.
Lal pissi mirch-------------2 tbsp.
Dhaniya powder-----------1 tbsp
Haldi---------------------------1 tsp.
Dahi----------------------------1 cup.whisked

METHOD:
*Fry onions in oil till golden n take out,when cool down crushed them.
*In the same oil add ginger/garlic paste n mix.add cardemom,long cinnamon sticks n fry.
*After 2-3 mins add 3 tbsp water n mix add salt,lal pissi mirch,haldi,dhaniya powder n mix.
*When oil seperates add dahi n mix, add kofte n cover the lid n let it cook.
*After 15-20 mins add crushed onion n again cover the lid.
*Ater 5 mins mix it carefully n dish out. its ready
