Lahori Fried fish

ING:

Fish(heera) 1 kg
Sabit dhania 1.5 tbsp
Kutti lal mirch 1.5 tbsp
Safeed zeera 1.5tbsp
Salt as req
Baisan 1/2cup or 3/4 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
haldi 1/2 tsp
Eggs as req(she used 4)
Lemon jucie as req

Method:
- Sab se pehlay zeera aur dhania ko mota girnd karlain
-aik bowl main sab dry ing. mix karlain then add beaten egg add karen , then lemon juice add karen quantity nahi batai thi she just said k itna dalna hai k khata feel ho...agar batter ziadah thick ho to thora sa pani bhi add karlain
- abb iss batter main fish ko acchi tarhan roll kar k marinate kardain
- jab serve karna ho to fry karlain.

She also gave tips to check k fish fresh hai ya nahi so it is

-There should not be any smell
-if u can check to check karen k fish k gills red hon
-agar fish with head to check k Eyes ander ki taraf na hon
-meat firm hona chahye....agar usko thumb se dabaien to garha na parey
-aur touch karney se sticky sa na feel ho
-agar app meat ko hath se torien aur woh easily tot jata hai to fish fresh nahi hai
