MANGOLIAN BEEF

ING. FOR MARINATION:

under cut beef (julian cut) 1/2 kg
1 tbsp corn flour
1 1/2 tbs soya sauce
1 egg


ING. FOR SAUCE:

1tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic
1tsp ginger paste
capsicum(julian cut)
spring onion
1/2 cup tomato
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp ginger (julian cut)
1cup chicken stalk
2tsp corn starch

METHOD:

-first of all cut the beef into julian cut (like french fries)
-then add all ingredient like corn flour+soya sauce+egg
-and marinate it for 1 hr

-SAUCE:
-take a pan and pour oil in it
-add ginger galic paste n simmer it for few seconds
-now add tomato n tomato paste and cook untill dry
-now add julian cut capsicum ,spring onion, simmer it for few sec
-add chicken stalk and corn flour
-cook it for 2 mints n serve with fried rice
