STUFFED PASANDA KABAB
ING:
Beef/Chicken pasanda 1/2 kg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
ING FOR MARINATION 1:
1tbsp meat tenderizer
salt to taste
2tbsp yogurt
METHOD:
marinate it for whole night
ING FOR MARINATION or CHUTNI :
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tbsp of safaid chana powder n khash khash (take 2 tbsp of khashkhash and 1 tbsp of safaid chana ...mix it and grind)
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp garam masala powder
1tsp veniger
METHOD:
mix all above mention ing. and take aside
ING. FOR STUFFINGsamina didnt mention quantity of following ing)

tomato
coriender
green chilli
METHOD:
Cut all above mentioned ing. in square pieces.... add half quantity of marination 2 in it for taste
- now take already marinated pasanday n put some chutni (marination 2) on 1 side and on other side small square pieces of onion, tomato n etc.
- Now fold all pasanda like roll n tie it with the help of white thread tightly
- take 1/2 cup oil fry it for few sec untill turn brown colour
- add 1/2 cup water untill meat tender
- serve it with salad
