C-400 outgoes the American “Patriot” in many factors. Owing to the vertical missile launch system it can hit the targets flying from any direction without turning the launching facilities. Time of setting the system from mobile to battle position is also significant in comparing two pieces of equipment. If Russian complex sets to battle position in 5 minutes, the “Patriot” needs 30 minutes.
