The Samsung Galaxy Chat was announced today as an Android smartphone designed for socially-active users. Powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the Chat sports a 3-inch QVGA display with a front-facing full QWERTY keyboard just below it. It combines the benefits of the traditional BlackBerry-like form factor with the functionality of a modern touchscreen. Samsung also implemented a dedicated ChatON key to give users quick access to the communication service
