I actually never measured myself at anytime. but I think now I m gonna do.Well, I think everyone should know k un ki limit kia hai in terms of weight lifting.
One time I took my skinny friend to gym, I made him do Dumbell bench press. he wanted to do 10lbs and I said 10lbs is nothing you should do 20lbs but then he agreed on 15lbs... so on his second set after I think 4th rep he dropped on dumbbell on his head. Thankfully he did not got injured but I got pretty scared. Good think dumbbell had ruber around so it was okay.

Anyways, point is if you know 10 lbs is enough for you then do 10 lbs .. do not listen to anyone :D

shauq utha tha gym join karne ka college university maen laikin study or phir baad maen job timings sare ke saare shoq dhare ke dhare reh gaye...


abhi office maen apna gym bhe hai laikin masroofiat ufff...

and i am thinking kay idher contest bhi rakhien jo gym jatay hain un kay liye jo gym jatay hain woh participate karain and 1 month mein kitna increase kartay hain and measurement kartay waqt pix lelien and post karain


yeh scene baday funny hotay hain jab koi naya banda aata hai gym and body building karta hai dil chahta hai aise karun un ko {(blame)} eik set per 10 mints |-)
lol yea... right now I m just warming up :D I still could not work on my diet yet.. Whole day today I have only had few chicken nuggets and glass of water. now its to work out.. I will collapse over there..

hmmmm nice thread yr maine to takreeban 5 saal tk ki hai pichle ek sal se chori hui thi to chorne ki wajah se jo prb,ems ho rhi thi maine u ko cb main bataya tha na or nuskha b pocha tha dubla hone ka so tumne to kuch bataya hi nhi tha islye pichle week se hi join kya hai gym club
