Spyker is all about coach-built cars as a combination of speed, sculpture and jewelry. The C8 Laviolette, now in a long-wheelbase version, is an aluminum-bodied 2-seat sports car with a glass canopy reminiscent of a modern jet fighter. Power is provided by an all-aluminum, 400 horsepower Audi V-8 engine. Top speed is in the region of 187 mph and 0 to 60 mph acceleration takes just under 4.5 seconds.
