Two Killed After Blast Derails Shalimar Express In Karachi

A blast on a railway track near Ghagar Phattak in Malir led to the derailment of seven bogies of Shalimar Express, killing two passengers and injuring 14 others.

Malir SSP Rao Anwar said that number of casualties have been confirmed by the Railways authorities.

The train was on its way to Lahore when the blast took place. Two of the seven derailed bogies overturned.
