Help Windows Security Alert blocks everything! : (

hi guys,
I joined the flight to get the help guys
Suddenly today I went out the window Windows Security Alert .. I read on google is a virus ....
in fact, anything I try to open as programs, graphics software skype etc. ...it's telling me that they are infected and do not open them. Leaving notices infections etc. .... in fact the PC is virtually unusable. i can't even open the control panel !!!!!

Help guys. I'm afraid ....

well DG its shows that a strong virus hits out your window. so dnt worry try it with mayoo procedure but it will not work then format your C drive and install a new copy of window may b it will work and if after that still problem then delete the partitions of your hard then make it again. hope it will clear but try it with step no.1 which mayoo's has told u then try mine.
