" Aloo Raita "
INGREDIENTS
• 3 Medium Boiled Potatoes (cut/diced)
• 2 Cups Yogurt
• 1Ttsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 Tsp Pepper
• 1/2 Tsp Red chili
• Salt to taste
• 1Tsp Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk the yogurt till it smoothes out.
Add chopped/diced potatoes to the yogurt and mix well.
Heat the oil and add cumin seeds, pepper, and red chili and stir it for a moment.
Add the fried contents to potato yogurt mixture.
Sprinkle salt to taste.
