R u moderator of that section? main ny pehly moderator ko VM send kiya tha bad main pta chala k koi hai he ni then sb ko kiya phir PM!
m not moderator ov dat section..................but super moderator ke paas to power hai na har section main moderation karne ki.............well LM bot arse se ghayab hain aur us ki wajah se shayad aap sab ko shikwa bhi ho ke bot se threads approve hone se reh gaye
but now may be admin will arrange a moderator for dat section but me too my self will keep visiting dat section and check if there's any thread need moderation ok

agar by-chance koi mod absent hota hai to woh adminz ko bata kar jata hai , and unki koi personal problem hai isi liye woh aajkal nahi aa rahy , otherwise woh kaafi active thy ...
rahi baat approval ki to jo posts bhi aapko lagta hai k abi approve nahihui , kindly send its link to anystaff member ,
coz hum har section per nazar rakhty hain so agar kabhi by mistake koi post reh jai approval se to pm kar dia karo bro

Ok let me tell u something that u doesn't know i guess. First of all ap jo keh rahy ho k wo active thy and all that then last time i made a thread or wo after 4 or 5 days k bad approve hue the wo b Redrose ka dimag kha k coz usy b pta ni chal raha tha and main b nam bhool gya tha.
secondly about LIGHTMAN the moderator kindly unka rank phir sy check karna as u r the staff member then kindly check karna k wo ab staff main hain b ya ni.
Third i guess baki kuch bachta ni hai wo active thy hain ya ni. Anyway main ny last time b Nelli ko kaha tha she said k LIGHTMAN jab online aye ga to wo kar dy ga ya phir REDROSE sy keh dy gi wo usy ni pta ab atleast staff members staff ka to pta rakhain k kon staff main hai or kon ni.

nelli ka name IT section may hona zaroori nai, ap ko shyed nelli ka rank nazar nai aa raha, super mod means whole site ki moderation power un k pas ha..

That's it! ab us k hissy ka kam jo b kar raha hai usy he moderator bna do ya kuch b karo it upto on Staff or Admins. Mjy tum sy ye kisi b Active staff Member or Admin sy koi complain ni hai. Bs jo issue tha usy raise kiya main ny that's it! Tum sb log mjh sy argue kar rahy ho but what about Result? FOX gave me reason then REDROSE and then NELLI you. But mjy kisi ki reason ni chahiye main ny thread kafi time watch karny k bad he lagaya hai. Its mean jo reasons ap log mjy bta rahy ho wo mjy already pta hain but what about next? what about result.
