ingredients :
eggs
cheese (not chedder cheese)
arabic bread ( kobz)
hot sauce
tomato ketchup
ghee
black paper
salt
recipe :
pehle bread ko seekh lein ghee se,
phir us per cheese lagaein,
sath hi sath dosre chulhe per,
egg fry karein,
n phir melted cheese jo roti pe lagi thi us per egg fry dal dein,
cheese will grab egg n us se chipak jaegi,
for better flavour ap chese egg k uper bhi lagalein,
then salt n paper dalein,
then us per hot sauce laga ker
fold kerlein,
n tamato ketchup k sath serve karein
