Ingredients:
• Beef mince 1 kg
• Bread 2 slices
• milk ½ kg
• Green chillies 4
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Butter 1 tsp
• Fresh coriander ½ bunch
• Refined flour 3 tsp
• Breadcrumbs as required
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
• Put salt in mince and cook all together and water dry out.
• Heat butter in a pot and fry flour. add milk, Cool flour and mix thoroughly.
• Mix mince, green chillies, milk mixture, coriander and black pepper in a bowl, make cutlets.
• Heat oil in a frying pan, coat cutlers first eggs and then breadcrumbs and fry.
• Remove on absorbent paper when golden.
