Ingredients:
1- Beat egg yolks, salt, mustard powder, sugar, pepper, and lemon juice or vinegar in a small bowl until very thick and pale
yellow.
(Note: If using electric beater, beat at medium speed.)
2- Add oil in a very fine steady stream drop by drop, beating constantly for 3 to 4 minutes, now here plz note that after
the egg yolks & all ingredients are mixed together be sure that the oil must be slowly added to the mixture otherwise
it will be nearly possible that mixter will be break. If u want thin mayyonise then
add little amount of milk to it .
3- Cover and refrigerate until needed. Do not keep longer than 1 week.
You can also add chili garlic sauce/ ketchup or cheese in order to make a delicious, mouth watering dip…….ummmm…..yummmy…so what are you girlz waiting for?
