bazaar me kootay hue gyahun{wheat) milte hain jise haleem rava kahte hain...
Ya hum ghar me bhi tayyar kar sakte hain...
And Thankooo RR pasand k liye

Seela Rice 1 Kilo (4 n half cup)
Sugar 3 n half cup
Water 1 cup
ghee 4 table spoon
Ilachi 3-4
Badam/Pista/ coconut as required
Ashrafi (optional)
Khoya (optional)
Gulab Jamun or fruit cake (optional)
Food color yellow, red, green

Method:

Rice ko full boil kar lein or alag chaan k rakh lein, pan may sugar, water, ilaichi daal k sheera bana lein, jab sugar melt ho jay to us may ghee daal k thori dair or pakayein, jab bubbles aa jayein to boiled rice daal dein or pani khushk honay tak taiz anch pay pakayein, jab pani khushk ho jay to nutts and food color daal k dum pay halki anch pay rakh dein, 5 mints baad dum se hatayein and ashrafi, cake, gulab jamun, khoya daal k mix kar lein..:)

yaa asal recipe may white fine atta he ha, but u know aj kal bilkul white atta nai mil raha milawat aa rahi ha, so agar tumhe mil jata ha to yeah use kar sakti ho:)
thx siso,yes u right ajkal atta sahe nae araha,but hamaray yaha bilkul fine atta para hay,jo bilkul meeday ki tara he hay,
or mujy b crispy kachore nae pasand,asa laghta hay jesay hum paper kha rahay ho...
i will try soon siso,pir batao ge...

or mujy b crispy kachore nae pasand,asa laghta hay jesay hum paper kha rahay ho...
i will try soon siso,pir batao ge...
haan sure zaroor banana and phir batana kaisi bani:)

Aur app nay seela q use kerti hoo, yeh tu rubbar ki tarah hotay hay rice aur taste be nahi hota in ka

app kernal basmati use karo aur difference dhaikho

hamari family may start se zarda/ matanjan isi rice se banta aya ha, and kabhi hard wagira nai howa balkay hamesha kafi khillay howay rice bantay hain, is lie specially zarda k lie yei use karte hain..
