just wanna ask ky -ve rating ki koi inspection hy ??? i mean ager koi kisi ko -ve marking kerta hy tu staff yeh check tu karta ho ga na ky woh waqai -ve rating thi ya kisi ny kisi ko just personal grudge per di

I don't. But logically there was no room for any "agreement" or "disagreement" to that post, but I got your point and sadly the solution you might have in your mind may not be the best in general.
