Education : Bachelors Degree
Experience : 1 - 5 Years

Skills : Graduates with husband or father sponsored visa holders preferably aged between 24-30 with minimum one year+ experience in customer service, attending inbound calls. Pleasant manners over phone. Should be customer focussed and able to take initiative. Must have good command over English (spoken and written), excellent PC skills, good telephone and organizational skills. Candidates with knowledge on Arabic (Read, Write and Speak) along with English would have a very good advantage.
Responsibilities : To understand the customer query over the phone and e-mail in CRM system. To be a part of customer service (inbound calls team) and do all jobs related to the customer service. Should be able to communicate effectively to customers. To interact with various service providers.
