~Masala Dosa~

Ingrediants:
1 cup rice flour
1 table spoon besan
salt to taste
1/2 tsp-garam masala
1/2 tsp mix masala
zeera
2 tsp chopped coriander
1/2 turmeric tsp


Preparation:
Add rice flour and besan in a bowl and water
Mix together, add salt with water to make batter.
then add garam masala,mix masala chopped coriander and
turmeric and mix them well...
Heat pan or griddle with little ghee or oil.
Spread the mix on pan in circular motion to make thin Dosa.
Cook on both the sides, if desired.
serve with chutney or choley...


Dosa Chaat ingrediants:

channa half cup
2 medium tomato
1 onion
1 cucumber
1/2 dried mint
2 lemon ka ras
and yougurt....


DOsa chaat preparation:
first boil the channa and then Mix all the ingrediants together...:p

Ingredients:

Servings:
6-8
4 large potatoes
2 cups corn oil (for frying)


For the Batter:


1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin powder
4 cloves of crushed garlic
3 inches of crushed ginger
salt
2 tablespoons chopped coriander (optional)




Directions:
1:Add water to the Besan.
2:Besan has a tendency to be very clumpy,
so you should add just a few tablespoons
at a time to keep the batter smooth.

3:Add the Chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic,
ginger, salt and chopped coriander and stir the batter.

4:The potatoes should be sliced very thinly.
5:No thicker than 1/4 of an inch.
6:At this point test one slice of potato in the batter.
7:There should just be a thin coat of batter.
8:Heat the oil in a pan.
9:Use a larger frying pan so that you have more surface area.
10:The oil doesn't need to be too deep
since the potato slices are very thin.

11: Dip the potato slices in the batter
and fry them till they are golden brown.

12:Remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon
and set them on a paper towel for a minute
to soak up the excess oil

eggs may shamil kar day,or ache tara beet karay,
ab ismay boil nodalls ko dal kar halkay hato say mix karay

then fri pen may 4,5 teb spoon oil dal kar garam karay,
then in eggs ko usk ander dal kar fry karay,
jub 1 side say golden brown hojaye to kafgeer ki madad say aram say palat day,

then apka mazedar nodalls omlate tayar hay

2.then usko tora sa oil garam kar k omlate ki tara paka lay,
3.then chori ki madad say usk chotay chotay peace kar lay
4.ab dosre taraf 2 teb spone tak oil garam kar k usmay garlic ka paste dal kar fry karay
5.then usmay chiken boil dal kar tora sa bhoonay
6.ab usmay black paper,namak,chinees namak,soya souse,chille souse,crush red chilli or omalte k peaces,dal kar halka sa bhoonay

7.jub bhon jaye to ismay ghbbi,mater,or shimla mirch dal kar tez ansh par fry karay,
ta k sabziya tore naram b hojaye ,or unka pani b jald sok jaye,
8.then jub sabziyo ka pani ache tara sook jaye to ismay hare pyaz dal kar tora sa mix karay,
9.ab is amezay ko rool ki pathio par rak kar rool ki shape bana day.
10.then deep fry oil lay kar usay garam karay ache tara,or golden brown honay par rool fry kar k nikaltay jaye..
