MashAllah abu mussab wajdi Brother's lectures are as always so touchy and very certain, However Iam a big fan of Sami yufus's nasheed from along time ago but Mussab Brother has describe that we should not listen to them, why? for that you need to watch this video complete. it's really worth watching.
he says there is nothing call nasheed, there are just some poem. not more than it.

tu hame chahye k pahlay Quran ko zyada prefer kare pir nasheeds without music,

Hmmm Iam agree with some points of yours PF lekin he does also mention k walahi mai dil se chahta hu k yeh loug sahi raste pe aye mere dil mei enke lie kuch nai hain mai enke khilaf nai hu, so he cleared this too,
mai ne enke jho video's dekhe which is related to social networks like FB and others, aur jho youth se related hain seriously voh buhut ache videos hain, per abhi Jumma Mubarak se related video dekhe mai ne jumma mubarak kahna bidah hai yeh aj tuk mujhay bhi nai Maloom tha aur abhi without confirming I can't say whether he said right or wrong,I've to confirm it first.

Beshak hum ko Qur'an ki tilawat krni chahiye, aur Qur'an ko sunna chahiye, kyunk ye sawab ka kam hai, aur ALLAH ka kalaam hai, jabkeh nasheed sunne se na ap ko sawab milta hai, aur na hi ye itni authentic hoti hain, cause wo ek insan ki likhi gayi hoti hain, aur un main ghalti k chances bht zyada hote hain ..........

Laikin dosri taraf Nasheed haraam bhi nahin hai, Nasheed Islam main allowed hai, laikin kuch conditons k sath, agr ye conditions pori hoti hain, to nasheed ka sunna Haraam nahin ......

Post lambi na ho isliye ek chota sa hissa yahan paste kr raha hon ........

"Nasheeds are permissible, whether recited individually or in unison. The word nasheed in Arabic means raising the voice when reciting verse and making the voice sound beautiful and gentle.

There are conditions to which attention must be paid with regard to this matter:

Not using forbidden musical instruments in nasheed.

Not doing it too much or making it the focus of the Muslim’s mind, occupying all his time, or neglecting obligatory duties because of it.

Nasheed should not be recited by women, or include haraam or obscene speech.

They should not resemble the tunes of the people of immorality and promiscuity.

They should be free of vocal effects that produce sounds like those of musical instruments.

They should not have moving tunes which make the listener feel “high” as happens to those who listen to songs. This is the case with many of the nasheeds which appear nowadays, so that the listeners no longer pay any attention to the good meaning of the words, because they are so entranced by the tunes. And Allaah is the Source of strength."
